Set Up Options

To Set-up Your Personal Greeting:

1. Dial your Toll-free Access Number.
2. Enter your Card Number and PIN.
3. Press , then press and follow the easy voice prompts.

You are now ready to begin receiving messages.

Voice Mail

To Retrieve Voice Messages:

1. Dial your Toll-free Access Number.
2. Enter your Card Number and PIN.
3. Press , then press .
4. Press , to listen to your voice messages.



To have a Voice Mail Message Sent to You:

(Note: Sender must know your National Collegiate
ten-digit card number. Do not share 4-digit PIN Number.)

1. Sender Dials your Toll-free Access Number.
2. Sender enters your ten-digit Card Number, then presses the key.
3. Sender presses followed by their voice message.

Fax Mail

To Retrieve Fax Messages:

1. Obtain the number of the fax machine to which you wish to send the fax.
3. Dial your Toll-free Access Number.
3. Enter your Card Number and PIN.
4. Press , then press .

(Note: At the prompt, you will hear the identifying message prior to each fax.
After hearing the identifying message, you have the option of saving , deleting
or retrieving the fax.)



To have a Fax Message Sent to You:

(Note: Sender must know your National Collegiate
ten-digit card number. Do not share 4-digit PIN Number.)

1. Sender places material to be faxed in fax machine.
2. Sender dials your Toll-free Access Number from the fax machine handset.
3. Sender enters your ten-digit card number, then presses the key.
4. Sender then presses , follows voice prompts, then presses the
     START button on the fax machine.

Speed Dialing

To Record Your Speed Dial Numbers:

1. Dial your Toll-free Access Number.
2. Enter your Card Number and PIN.
3. Press , then press and follow the voice prompts.
4. To add, review, change, or delete speed dial numbers, press and follow the voice prompts.


To Use Your Speed Dial Numbers:

1. Dial your Toll-free Access Number.
2. Enter your Card Number and PIN.
3. Press , then to access speed dialing, then follow the voice prompts.

Conference Calling

To Place A Conference Call:

1. Dial your Toll-free Access Number.
2. Enter your Card Number and PIN.
3. Press , then press to access the Conference Call Center.

(Note: Conference Calling is limited to three additional parties.)

News Services

To Access News Services:

1. Dial your Toll-free Access Number.
2. Enter your Card Number and PIN.
3. Press , then press .

• Press for News Headlines.
• Press for Sports Updates.
• Press for Weather Updates.
• Press for Financial News.
• Press for Soap Opera Updates.
• Press for Horoscopes.
