What is the balance due on my account?
Please contact Customer Service at 1-800-628-8234 to ascertain your balance.

How do I place a call?
Dial the toll free access number and dial in your 10 digit card number and 4 digit pin. 
Now you may dial the number that you are trying to reach.

How can someone leave a voicemail on my calling card?
Have the other person dial your toll free access number.  Now have them dial in your 10 digit card number.  Do not give them your 4 digit pin, this is your security passcode.  Now they need to hit the key, the number and they will be able to leave a message for you.
