Why is my son/daughter's card not working?
We can try to troubleshoot to find the problem; however, the best
way for us to determine problems is to please have your son/daughter give
us a call at the time of their difficulty and we will be able to isolate
the trouble at that time. Here's the number to call, Customer Service
at 1-800-628-8234.
What are all of these charges included on the
bill?
The invoices include the price of calls according to your rate
plan. Federal/State taxes and the USF fees are also listed separately
within each bill. If a payphone has been used to place calls you will
also see an FCC charge of .30 per call. If there are questionable
charges, contact Customer Service at 1-800-628-8234.
Will the calling card charges be included in our
local telephone bill?
No. We will send you a detailed statement each month.
This is completely separate from your local telephone company.
